Bingo is our biggest fundraiser and, without it, we would not be able to pay for things like bussing, hoodies, and other costs for the team. Bingo lasts all year, not just the football season so we need volunteers for all 12 months. Every player MUST have an adult work 2 bingo shifts (or have 2 adults each work one together or separately) or pay a buyout fee of $150 per bingo Bingo shifts are from 5:00pm-10:30pm (approx) and volunteers are required to stay for their entire shift. If you do not sign up for your Bingo shifts by September 15th, you will be assigned dates and will be responsible for showing up for your assigned shifts. Every adult volunteer will receive an $8 tab at the concession for their shift. RamPAC will be having fundraisers throughout the year. Our first fundraiser will be the bottle drive tailgate party in September. New fundraising opportunities are discussed during the monthly RamPAC meetings. Attending these meetings ensures your ideas and voice is heard. Game sponsorships are available for $500 and will include season passes and advertisement in all home game programs, social media pages, and the announcements at the games. We also have opportunities for major sponsorship, packages can be sent to anyone wanting to reach out for sponsorship and fundraising. Please email rampacfootball@gmail.com for more information.

We will have a variety of Rams swag for sale this year. Information about ordering will be sent out in the RamPAC emails. This year we also plan to have a booth at each Rams home game. Payments will be accepted in cash, debit, credit card, and e-transfer to rampacfootball@gmail.com. In the coming weeks, we hope to have a virtual store front on the website to see what is available for purchase this year. Proceeds from RamPAC merchandise directly supports Rams Football.

The Rams Parent Advisory Committee (RamPAC) is an organization started by parents to support the Rams football team financially and help keep costs down for players and families. We assist with costs of transportation and accommodation for team travel, team meals, and other extras that the school and team fees don’t meet. Without RamPAC, football fees would have to be increased. Our funds come from a mix of RamPAC fees and our fundraising opportunities. Fundraising requires a team of parents. If you are a parent of a Rams football player, then you are part of RamPAC. We rely on support from all parents for the team to be successful.

RamPAC organizes a Team Meal during the week before home games. This is a great opportunity for players to socialize off the field. RamPAC provides a portion of the meal. But parents are asked to bring some of the food (e.g. buns, butter, juice boxes, salad etc) and help set up/take down for these nights. Links will be emailed to parents about a week prior to sign up for meal items/tasks required.

RamPAC fees are $75 per player. In addition to this fee, parents are expected to help with fundraising, Bingo, and game day obligations. These fees are in addition to the school football fees paid through School Case Online. Fees can be e-transferred to rampacfootball@gmail.com. This year, parents will also be able to pay their fees in person by debit or credit card. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about these fees.
